However, the Indian media has reported that India is unwilling to comment on Bangladesh without taking precautions and monitoring. How effective and positive is the public support for appointing Dr. Muhammad Yunus as the head of the interim government, the formation of advisory councils, and the new system? More than 200 embassy staff have been brought back to the country and visa application centers have been closed for the time being, meaning no new Indian citizen can conduct any visa application process.
How was Sheikh Hasina’s last few hours in Bangladesh before fleeing?
India’s primary concern is that anti-India slogans have been heard in the middle of the anti-India movement. Delhi’s South is deeply concerned. Hindu houses and temples have been attacked in various districts of the country. Hindu traders’ shops have been looted. It is a matter of relief that this misdeed has been stopped from various sections of the society
Although no official comment has been made, the Modi government’s waqibul-mahal idea that fundamentalist forces like Jamaat are behind the attacks on some institutions and Hindus, including the Indian culture center, is the main force of anti-India and they could not give up this force in the same way during Sheikh Hasina’s time. It is their job to demolish Bangabandhu’s statues and various structures in different parts of the country. India thinks that India is keeping a sharp eye on the inclusion and influence of the new government, mainly the Jamaat.
India thinks that in the new political sphere, the Jamaat Garden will be a cause of concern for the progressive and noble democratic Bangladesh. Will do about this
That is why the Indian government led by Modi is keeping an eye on who is in the advisory councils of Prof. Dr. Yunus. The acceptance of Dr. Yunus as an interim administrator has reassured India in India even though his ability as an administrator is unknown. The opinion of the army is not clear on the civil society differences and India has to look at how Yunus will resolve it when he returns home
The role of the army these days has also been questioned in some quarters of India. Now everyone knows about the role and initiative of the army behind Hasina’s departure. The army did not want to use force on the agitators, but there is no explanation as to why the army remained inactive in not give courage to the terrorized police force. The army is under the supervision of the United Nations. The question arises as to why those who are good at keeping peace in different countries of the world fail to keep peace in their own country
Some believe that the Modi government did not want to be unpopular with the agitators in that situation, while others believe that they intended to pacify the long-standing violent crowd because in any case, India feels that those people have done a lot of damage to the country.
India is worried about Sheikh Hasina and does not want to give shelter to Hasina because the new power of Bangladesh will not like it and it will affect the adversarial relationship in the future India cannot push Hasina into an uncertain life for a long-term relationship.
This may be why Foreign Minister Jai Shankar told all party leaders that Hasina should stay in this country as soon as possible. Dr. Mohammad Yunus commented in the Indian media that Hasina is not desirable. What will be the course of relations between Bangladesh and India in the future is still unknown.
Ignoring all these issues, Bangladesh media reports different things. Bangladesh media has published in different ways, and Indian media is spreading false propaganda. Among these false propaganda, there are some issues such as attacks on minorities in Bangladesh, attacks on religious places of worship, and vandalism of houses of various pro-Awami League political leaders and activists. It has been reported that such incidents have not happened at all or some incidents may happen in isolation, but the way the Indian media is publishing such incidents only in Bangladesh is contrary to the way these minorities and the religious places of worship of the minorities are being guarded by the general population of Bangladesh and the students. Katha Indian media is not showing any time so one thing is clear from this that Indian media is showing only negative things and burning the positive things as worthless.
We all know that Bangladesh and India are side-by-side neighbors so good for both countries to have good relations so hope this kind of goodwill will emerge between the governments of India and Bangladesh and how they will strengthen their good relations in a very short time. I think they will take the necessary steps in this regard
It is very normal to have an opposition ideology in a democratic country, so when a democratic party has won, it is natural that the opposing democratic party will try its best to harass the winning party in various ways. We did not see any negative incidents in Bangladesh which we did not want at all
Indian media after the formation of the government of Dr. Muhammad Yunus greeted him and extended the hand of friendship to him to work together in harmony Indian media has come out of the kind of propaganda they were doing and are all ready to publish the right news. got up
It is well known by the common people that any kind of falsehood, no matter how big it is, does not last for long, so the fact that is right is revealed in a little while, which we call the victory of truth.
A popular newspaper in Bangladesh put a question to Prothom Alo coordinators
The Awami League government fell through the movement you started. You became an advisor to the interim government. What do you think of the future?
Nahid Islam: The dictatorial government fell through the student-citizen uprising. Now a new interim government has been formed with a combination of youth and experience. Our concern for the future is to fulfill the promises based on which we have carried out this coup, the promises and aspirations for which hundreds of people have been martyred, injured, and sacrificed themselves.
We want to create a new Bangladesh and a new political settlement, where dictatorship can never return, security of people’s lives and justice in society will be ensured; Where there will be democracy and human rights. This interim government will work with those big goals in mind.
